After serving on several home owner association (HOA) boards for over a decade, a niche opportunity was formed.  JAR Holding, LLC was created to assist property management companies in enforcing common HOA community violations.  Our primary goal is to be a liaison between the HOA board and the homeowners within that community.

Holding, LLC is a licensed and insured HOA enforcement company serving metro Atlanta.  The management team has over a decade of HOA board experience.  We pride ourselves in superior communication and strong relationship building.  We always strive to nurture a genuine relationship with the property managers and the HOA board members to ensure the ultimate experience for all.  We value effective communication and mutual respect; essential to build relationships that will last for decades.

Covenant Enforcement and Drive Report

At J.A.R. Holding, we understand how challenging it can be to inspect and report property violations. That’s why regular property inspections are included your community manager’s role. The inspector reports violations of the covenants, rules and regulations and design standards, according to the policy of the board. When an issue is noted, an inspector will provide notice to the homeowners whose properties are out of compliance and will work with the homeowners to resolve the issue.

Frequent community drive throughs

We frequently drive through your community to ensure homeowners are in compliance with the covenants, rules and regulations and design standards according to the policy of the board.

Periodic community inspections

We can provide periodic community inspections for targeted or requested homeowner concerns.

Report any dumping issues or concerns

Unfortunately, most homeowners associations must manage the problem of illegal dumping versus relying on the city or county. We will report any dumping issues or concerns within the community.

Report any illegally parked cars and recommend towing to the board.

Almost all cities prohibit leaving any vehicles parked on a city street too long.  We will drive through your community and place a violation notice on cars that are improperly parked or abandoned.

Assist with parking issues for private parties/clubhouse events

One of the keys to a successful party is making sure your guests are not blocking your neighbors’ driveways.  We can assist with issues for your private parties or clubhouse events.
